date calculator help needed

Hello.

I would like to create a little asp.net web form that
will forecast a calendar date based on a user's input.
Here's what the input would be like...

1. Select your product
- A drop down of products would go here pulled from
an xml file or db. 1 column with the products and the
other column with a numeric value pertaining to each
product. The numeric value will represent the # of hours
of life for each product.

2. How many hours per week do you use your product?
- Radio buttons would be here with selections like
under 5 hours, 6-10 hours, etc...

3. How many hours has already been used on the product?
- simple form field here

After these are filled out the the submit button is
pressed, I would love to get a date pop up on when the
hours would be used up.

ANY help or direction in this matter would be most
greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for your help!

Sincerely,
Jason
