How do i get a list of form names that are open

I am sure this must be easy but i have an application that
has a number of forms which can all be open at the same
time. When i open a form from a menu i want to check to
see if the form is open already and simply activate it if
it is already open, so that i do not have multipe copies
running.

I can see how to do this if i am using MDI containers:

For Each frmTest In Me.MdiChildren
If frmTest.Name = FormName Then
frmTest.Activate()
Exit Sub
End If
Next

but how do i change the Me.MdiChildren part to cycle
through the open forms in my application, not the ones in
the MDI container
