Errors while building the MSI file for .NET application.

This has only started to happen recently.

For some reason as soon as the setup proj tries to build the MSI file the
Windows Installer launches. I get "Please Wait While Windows Configures
Visual Studio .NET Enterprise." Then another box pops up saying:

"Error 1706. No valid source could be found for product Visual Studio .NET
Enterprise Architect. Then Windows Installer cannot continue."

It then starts allover agaian and loops around, if I continue to press
cancel it will go away and I think the project is being built correctly
however how can I get rid of these messages appearing ?

Any help on this one will be much appreciated.

Scott.
