Determine logged in username from service

I need to work out who is logged into the console from a
windows service
Need my service to copy files and other stuff after a
user logs in based upon username/ad groups. Service is
modifying files user does not have write access to.

Any advice or ideas greatly appreciated

Thanks
Dean
