DTD Entity Events

Hello,

I have a confusion regarding how the Parameterized and Predefined ENTITIES
are resolved while parsing a DTD. Do we get events for the same or are they
internally replaced and no events generated.

Kindly Help

You should be able to write your own entity resolver.
