How to deal with '

What if I have an ' in my dynmically created XML. Like.....

<XML ID=oXML>
<CompanyName Company = 'Joe's Garage>
</XML>

Should I write it out as ....

<XML ID=oXML>
<CompanyName Company = 'Joe'''s Garage>
</XML>
