XML Distributed Applications Walkthrough. ACCESS DENIED

Hi,

I am trying to finally get the Distributed Applications Walkthrough
accomplished. I have followed the instruction to the letter in both the
..net book and online documentation.

Steps taken:
1) From IIS properties for "AuthorsWebService" ; unchecked Anonymous access;
checked Use Windows Authentication.
2) Added line "<identity impersonate="true"/>" to web.config of
AuthorsWebService

When I try to Add Web Reference in both WebClient or WindowsClient I keep
getting Access Denied when I type
http://localhost/AuthorsWebService/A...ervice.vsdisco.

Following is the stack trace generated

Stack Trace:

[ApplicationException: Access is denied.
]
System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity._Resolve Identity(IntPtr
userToken) +0
System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity.get_Name () +71
System.Web.Configuration.AuthorizationConfigRule.I sUserAllowed(IPrincipal

EventArgs eventArgs) +156
System.Web.SyncEventExecutionStep.Execute() +60
System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionS tep step, Boolean&
completedSynchronously
Anybody know what I have missed?
