Addendum

BTW, I just wanted to mention that both the server class and client class
are currently running multi-threaded on the same process. That is to say
that the program that I wrote was a test program desgined to encapsulate
both the server and the client. Could the problems be coming from the fact
that the sender (client) and receiver (server) are running multi-threaded
from the same process?
