.Net.Socket question (about IP package)

Hello.

For some reason I need to send an IP package to myself (dest address is one
of my ip addresses). (IP, not TCP/UDP)

I've save the package datagram in byte array i(), included head and body
with correct checksum. How can I send the byte array to me?

I've tried to do so...

Dim osck As Net.Sockets.Socket
osck = New Net.Sockets.Socket(Net.Sockets.AddressFamily.Inter Network,
Net.Sockets.SocketType.Raw, Net.Sockets.ProtocolType.IP)
osck.Connect(New Net.IPEndPoint(Net.IPAddress.Parse("192.168.1.99") , 0))
osck.Send(i)

run the code above, no error, no effect...

so how can I work it out? Thx
