Please help with COM+ issue

Hi,
I created a COM+ component. It works fine on my development machine (XP
SP1). I then expotred as "Server Application" and installed it on a Windows
2003 Server test box. The instillation was successful. I then exported it as
a "Client Proxy" from the Windows 2003 box and installed the proxy on another
XP SP2 box. The installtion was successful. I then created a .NET app on that
XP box to use the proxy .dll. When I run the program I get the error (on XP
SP2 box)

"Exception of type 'System.Exception' was thrown.

In my event log (on XP SP2 box) I see the error :System Error SOURCE: DCOM
EVENT ID 10006

DCOM got error "%%2148734208" form the computer <my server name> when
attempting to activate the server".

I even disabled the firewall on the server and client. Please advice. I
can't seem to find any documentation on MS Site on this error.

Thanks
