XML Parses

Hi,

I doing a project of network security. For that I want vulnerabilities
database, which is maintain by NIST called NVD ( previously called
Icat). It is in xml format. i don't have any idea about xml.

on website they have provided nvd xml parser; but i don't how to run
xml or xml parser.

website where this database is avialable.

The XML FAQ is at http://xml.silmaril.ie/
on website they have provided nvd xml parser; but i don't how to run

If it is their own parser you must ask them for information.
