RSA Encrypted Private Key

i have this RSA Encrypted private key, in DER format (PKCS8)
it is a (*.key) file, accesible from openssl from this instruction
"pkcs8 -inform DER -in pk.key"
Requires a password
Displays the private key
So it is valid
How can i load to dotnet, so I can encrypt using rsacryptoservice

i repeat, it is crypted
none of the libraries have worked for me
im desperate

thanks in advance, partners
