vb.net directory services (clearing schema cache)

Hi. My company is using iPlanet's LDAP directory. I developed a web service
that authenticates users against ldap and returns certain attributes back.
I am using directory services library for that.

Can someone tell me how I can force DirectoryEntry object to refresh or
clear the schema information if no changes were done to the schema on ldap
end.

Here is the description of my problem:

Recently, a new attribute was added to ldap that I need to read now. I made
some changes to the code and ran the project in debug mode. At that time the
user account I was using to bind to ldap did not have permissions to view
that attribute and my application gave me an error (that makes sense). Then,
I asked our ldap administrators to correct permissions for that attribute.
When I tried to run my code again I got the following error:

"Handling of this ADSVALUE type is not yet implemented (type = 0xb)."

The same code works perfectly on every server (test/dev/production) and
several xp workstations that I could use for testing.

I think that initially when I tried running the code it downloaded the most
recent schema information based on the last change date/time. At that time I
did not have permissions to view the attribute so schema for that attribute
was not downloaded. When permissions were changed I started receiving the
attribute but cashed schema information cannot parse it.

So, how can I clear the cashe and force DirectoryEntry object to always get
the most recent schema information from ldap?

Thanks for the help.
