Image Copy

Hi All,

We have the following requirement.

We need to copy the image from server A to server B.
Server B is where our site hosted.

We also looking for image resize on fly while copying it.
Note. User will enter the image location on server A and the new size (width
and height).

Please help. If someone has code please send.
