Error when Rebuilding a Solution

I am getting the following build error and others like it when I try to
rebuild a solution:

D:\****\****\***\***.vdproj Could not find file
'C:\DOCUME~1\****\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSD6B.tmp\Database _Access.BF125633_EFD6_11D3_A52F_00A0C9CA42BA\Progr am
Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\1.0\Bin\datadefmodel.dll' 'Interface not
registered'

I check the path of these errors and find the dll's it can't find. I have
also done a repair/reinstall of VS.Net but this didn't help.

I hope someone can assist me here with as I need to deploy the project
urgently.
