Installing .net w/out user selection on boot

I have a computer that I use (roughly) as a server on a closed network
that I need to have start without any login operation, such as selecting
a user. But I have an application that needs to install .Net, and
everytime I do that, on boot, XP asks me to select a user.

Is there anyway to bypass this? To install .net without subsequently
needing to select a user on boot?

If you have an answer, please also email it to me at dm*******@cogeco.a

Thanks
