Setting Default Encoding to UTF-8 in VS.NET 2005

First of all, to be exact, it's Visual Web Developer 2005 Express
Edition Beta (which can be downloaded from Microsoft freely).

When I create a new HTML or ASPX file, the VWD always creates DEFAULT
codepage file and saves it with default codepage. Though I can save it
with Unicode by selecting "Save as" and clicking "Save with encoding",
repeating this every time seems to be a stupid thing.

I tried to find an option for this but failed. IS IT POSSIBLE to create
and save a file as UNICODE(UTF-8) BY DEFAULT?
