Programmatically changing the title of a form/listbox/datagrid

Hello,

How can I change the title of my form, based on a value of a textbox on the
form?

And in what I assume is a similar question, how can I have the caption, or
even column header in a datagrid select it's title based on a value on the
same form?

TIA!

Yes, obviously, my question isn't how to add a title, but how to change the
title based on different values in a text box on the same form.

this.Text = myTextBox.Text
