RegEx help

I have a string ie. "mystreet road23 45"

I manage to get this by using \b\w+ :

mystreet
road23
45

....and by using (?<=[a-zA-Z])\d+ I get:

23

However I am unable to combine both expression to split the string into

mystreet
road
23
45

Any suggestions? Don't know if I am in the right forum. (although I am using
RegEx with C#)
