I guest that if you would like to do this your workstation are connected to a
domain.
Then place your dotnefx.exe file on the server and build a policy that will
publish your framework to predifined worksation
IN case yur workstation are on a workgroup, as far as I know they are no
particular switch for publishing the sofware. The easiest way wudl be to
install the exe file a netowk folder and then execute it from each station
