Functions referenced from (?) in dot Net

Does anyone know how to set up dot Net so that you can see what OTHER
funtions are calling a funtion you are looking at? There used to be a way to
set up a little database system to keep track of all the places that refer to
a variable or funtion. You can see who if calling you... so to speak.

Many thaks in advance if you can steer me the right way, I have spent an
hour on this and havecome up dry...
