Downloadable version of Microsofts "Design Guidelines for Class Library Developers"?

Hi!

Does anyone know if there is a downloadable and printable version of the
"Design Guidelines for Class Library Developer" on MSDN? Having a printed
version for reference and reading seems to me a _much_ more efficient way of
having the document than the current click-o-mania on the MSDN site.
