Running Dot Net App a on Terminal Server

Hi all

I'm trying to run an in-house Dot Net app on our Terminal Server. It runs
fine using an account in Domain Admin or Administrators group, but not as a
'normal' user.

Our TS Server is Win2003, our clients are WinSP4 running latest rdp client.
If I run the app as a 'normal' user I get: 'Couldn't get process information
from remote machine'.

I have given a user rights to the program file directory for the app on the
server, but still no joy. Anyone have any ideas? I would be very grateful
