Uninstall 2005 Beta 1 and reinstall 2003

Hi all,

I've uninstalled Visual Studio .Net 2005 Beta 1 and need to reinstall Visual
Studio .Net 2003 but I get an error that the .Net Framework 1.1 and J#
redistributable packages cannot be installed.

Is there a tool to clean up the mess the Beta leaves behind?

Thanks,
Ivan

Doesn't work!!!

Setups stop with exit code 1603. What does it mean and how can I solve it?

I figured out that the problem is not with the uninstall but with a hotfix
of Windows 2000 that doesn't let me install .NET 1.1. Problem is that the
hotfix is not listed in the Add/Remove Software (maybe it was part of a
bigger hotfix).

Can't find a solution for that though :(
