Question about MS .Net SP1.1 and Security Patch 886904(MS05-004).

Hi

Im using SMS 2.0 SUS Feature Pack to deploy Security Patches to workstations
in the domain. I have deployed the MS .Net Security Patch MS05-004 on all
workstations in the domain using SMS SUS (Distribute Software Updates)
wizard. The patch installation went fine.

What Im trying to do now is Im trying to update MS .Net SP1.1 to all
machines in the domain. But I get the error saying MS05-004 is already
installed and that MS.Net SP1.1 could not be installed. I was under the
assumption that SMS SUS(Distribute Software Updates) wizard only installs to
workstations which have MS .Net installed on them. Is this true? Does
MS05-004 get installed even without checking to see if .Net SP1.1 is
installed or not?

Please assist.
