ConfigurationSection properties cannot be edited when locked

Hi,

When i want to save configuration settings i have a "ConfigurationSection
properties cannot be edited when locked" Exception.

StackTrace " at
System.Configuration.SectionInformation.VerifyIsEd itable()\r\n at
System.Configuration.MgmtConfigurationRecord.GetCo nfigDefinitionUpdates(Boolean
