VS.NET 2005 taking over machine.

I accidentally started VS.NET 2005 installation on my primary machine and
although I canceled it, every time I start my machine, the installation
tries to run again. Seems to me Microsoft is saying, "your going to install
VS.NET if it kills you." Anyway, how can I stop the installer from running
every time I start Windows.

Needless to say, take a backup of the registry keys in question before
following this advice:

Check your registry in these folders:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Once
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run OnceEx

If there's anything in there related to VS 2005, delete it. Now
restart your system to see if that helps.
