AIC component

I was able to build my project fine until I did :
tlbimp /u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Enterprise
Servers\Commerce\PipeComplib.tlb"
/out:Interop_PipeComplib.dll/namespace:Interop_PipeComplib
/asmversion:1.0/keyfile:Interop_PipeComplib.snk/primary

now every time I want to do a build i get this error message:
C:\FHHLC\CACS\SourceCode\FirstHorizon.BizTalk.AIC. KnoxvilleCPIToSQLAdapter\Adapter.cs(25):
The type or namespace name 'IPipelineComponent' could not be found (are you
missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

how can I fix this?
