Error in EcoNTAgt

I'm unsure of which newsgroup to post in, so I hope this is not offending
anyone by my cross posting.

I have developed a small application using vs 2003, and vb.net. The
application is designed to build XML streams, and post to asp sites. It also
uses SqlClient and OLE data connections.

The application runs (well, more like fails) on Windows 2003 Server Standard
Edition (no SP). I have received a couple of errors in the event log which I
do not understand:

What are these errors, what could be causing the errors, and what is needed
to resolve the errors? (or what can I do to determine any of the above...)
