ASPNET Temp Files

The Temp Folder for the ASPNET user (C:\Documents and
Settings\<<Server>>\ASPNET\Local Settings\Temp) has some large files that
haven't been modified for months, and I was wondering if removing some of the
files in this directory is safe. If so, which ones. If not, is there a way
to clean up the directory some?

Thanks,

ACFalcon
