recommend a .net software key component?

Hello,
We are in the process of switching our software key component. Anyone using
anything that they would recommend, preferrable a managed (C#) component?

We are currently using Sheriff. http://www.sheriff-software.com/

I look forward to your recommendations.

Sincerely,
Dan Hickman
