IE6/SP2 blocking comment web page

I'm new to .NET and just starting out with Learning C# Step-by-Step. Seems
like a good book.

When do Tools>Build Comment Web Pages, the pages are generated just fine but
Internet Explorer 6 with SP2 installed won't allow viewing them on the local
hard disk. I get "Restricted Sites" at the lower right of the window. I can't
view them in the IDE either I assume for the same reason.

Can anyone tell me how to change the security settings for the local disk so
I can view the web docs? IE6 seems to have been rendered useless for this.
