How to encode video file

P: n/a
Is there anything built into .NET for encoding a video file? If not, can
anyone suggest 3'rd party API?

I'm trying to save a series of pictures to a video file. It can be avi,
wmi, mpg, or any popular filetype.

I have not found a way to do that either in .net. The 3rd party tools I
have seen are somewhat pricey, over 25K.
