Remote Debugging -- Configure DCOM Permissions

Configuring Win Server 2003 SP1 for remote debugging.

The steps listed here for configuring DCOM permissions on the web server
don't coincide with dcomcnfg on Win Server 2003 SP1:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...bugmonitor.asp

i.e. I don't see "Distributed COM Configuration" to get to "Distributed COM
Configuration Properties" dialog box. Much less can I find an
"Applications" tab.

Are these instructions for some other version of the Windows operating
system?

What may I do in Windows Server 2003 SP1 that is equivalent?

Thanks,
Jim
