unicode chars standard names?

hi group!

is there any table with the unicode standard names in the form:

Aacute, U000C1, =capital A, acute accent, [LATIN CAPITAL
LETTER A WITH ACUTE]
....

this was excerpt of W3's "Characters Ordered by Entity Name" table, but it
does not contain entites such as &IPAprim; &fixout; &wsmin; ....
Any URL is welcome
Thanks,

Thanks Cor,

I appreciate the link, but I need the character names indeed; I have a
pseudo-xml source of some electronic content. It is full with characters
referenced by entity names like ' &Zhacek; &ygrave; and so on. What I
need is the unicode values of the corresponding characters.

Thanks,
But I really need the unicode value of an entity name, that is:
Á -> Á
å -> å
Э -> Э
....

this EXACTLY what i do replace names with values in a xml document;
the names are standard, some of them are published in
http://www.w3.org/2003/entities/tables/byalpha.html
