debugging a .net component

I would like to be able to debug a vb.net component by visual studio.net
version 1.1. The VB.net component is being called by a webpage written in
classic asp (vbscript). I have the following components registered in the
c:winnt/system32:
a. app.dll, and
b. app.tbl files.

Thus would you tell me how I could setup this debugging sessions?

Thanks!
