VS 2005B2 C++ OnMouseMove Functionality

I admit, I haven't used Dot.Net, so maybe this question applies to either
the 2005 Beta or to Dot Net as well.

I wanted to create a Mouse Movement Entropy random function generator
dialog, a project which rightfully should take about 10 minutes, however, I
cannot figure out how to capture mouse movement anymore (haven't tried since
VB 5.0 or VC++ 6.0. Want to do it in VS 2005 Beta 2 C++.

Am I going to have to override the pretranslate message? I cannot even
find where to do this. I right click on dialog or control and then go to
add event handler. I've looked through the menus and haven't really found
any other place to add this type of functionality.

Any assistance would be appreciated. (To be honest I'm looking for the
thing I'm missing, more than some nifty code I can cut and paste into my
dialog, however if you wanted to give me both I wouldn't complain.)
