Can I apply TabControl in a web-based project ??

Dear all .Net experts,

I found that the TabControl function is only available in the Windows-based
project ....

it's quite an urgent problem for me ... please reply me if anyone have idea
on it ..

Here is one example of an asp.net tab-control:
