within my web application?
Thank you!

<asp:Calendar id="id" runat="server" />

or

<asp:dropdownlist id="list1" runat="server">
<asp:listitem>Date 1</asp:listitem >
<asp:listitem >Date 2</asp:listitem >
<asp:listitem >Date 3</asp:listitem >
</asp:dropdownlist >

or

<asp:listbox id="list1" runat="server" selection mode = "multiple">
<asp:listitem>Date 1</asp:listitem >
<asp:listitem >Date 3</asp:listitem >
<asp:listitem >Date 3</asp:listitem >

It appears that there is not a drop-down date control (that displays a
calendar) built into ASP.NET. So, I would need to purchase a 3rd party
control, correct?
Thanks.

The calendar control displays a graphical calendar - or you can load a
dropdownlist control with dates - what exactly are you looking for that
these two options dont provide?
