help installation .net

I'm trying to instal Ms .Net but at the beginning of the installation it
says
that an application needs to reboot.. and reboots the system.. but after
that i always receive that message..
how can i do?

First of all, can you give more details? What Windows do you use?
Second, are you sure that your computer is virus/worm/spyware free? This
could create havoc sometimes.
Third maybe you have a virus scanner or not enough security right s to
install the .NET.
Is this a home computer? Or are you doing this on a company computer?
And finally, how are you installing this .NET? Through WIndows Update? (in
my opinion the simplest way) or through some distributable?

I've tried many times.. and finally i've found a way to install.. I've
started the pc in diagnostic way and so the installation finally is
started!..

(my OS is WindowsXP Home.. without virus because it's a new notebook,
ant i've tried to disable Norton too!!..
I were using .NET with a 6cd original version that I recived directly
from microsoft by msdnaa.
)
fortunally now it's work but i don't now how or why :DD

Im having the EXACT same problem. What do u mean "Ive started the pc in
diagnostic way" ?
