MS ORMapping patent?

Ok this question might not belong in this forum but since there are quite a
few ORMappers around in the .NET world Ill give it a try since I guess more
than me are interested in this:

just read about this patent

Could someone from Microsoft please explain what it actually means?

Have yo patented ORMApping?

Do you own the right to map data from one format (xml, objects, whatever) to
another format?
