stop solution.build

Hi,

I'm using the Solution.Build(bool) fonction to build a VB.net solution in
my C# solution.
And Sometimes the Build don't finnish. I've make a fonction which wait
during x minutes and If the build is not finnish or if it didn't start
(vsBuildState.vsBuildStateNotStarted) I want to stop it. But I didn't find
anyway to do it.
I've make a thread to execute the build and I've try the fonction
thread.abort(); to stop the build but it don't work.

Is there anyway to do it?

Thanks,

Bertrand
