Error when opening component containing OleDbDataAdapter

When I open an existing component containing an OleDbDataAdapter, or when I
try to add an OleDbDataAdapter to a component, I receive the following error
message. Up til today, this has worked flawlessly. I am using C# in VS.NET
2005 beta 2.

Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
