Crystal rpt displays duplicate Records using MS Access Query

I am currently developing an application in VB dot Net where I am using MS
Access parameter query as a data source. I have simplified my code but I am
still generating a duplicate set of records?

Dim rpt as ReportName

rpt = New ReportName

rpt.SetParameterValue("[PNsel]", strPartNum)

objCryViewer.ReportSource = rpt

The code executes without errors the report opens but with identical
duplicate records. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated thanks.
