Is there a substitute for SmtpMail?

Hi.

I need to send emails, but I can't use SmtpMail because SMTP is turned off
on the server. Is there a stand-alone mail software or product I can
incorporate into my application which does not use SMTP?

Thanks in advance.

Can you be more specific? vbip.com just takes me to the site.

Thanks.
