Stored Procedure Version Controll is disabled?

hi all,
I want to user stored proceudre version controlling feature of dot net. But
I m unable to do that because the check box in option is greyed. Although I
m following all the instruction mentioned in microsoft KB (
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/818368/EN-US/ ) article.
any idea?
