ASP.NET 2.0 - SAMPLE APPS (Starter Kits)

My legalese is not so great :-)

I want to use the 'Club' (ASP.NET 2.0) starter kit for a client...I will
only be modifying the look and feel...Can I re-sell this app as long as I
don't mention or use Microsoft's name???

Thanks for any input!

Hi emac,

Thank you for posting to the newsgroups, from what I can tell this question
is a non-technical issue and would probable be best answered from someone
from the sales and marketing department. Our Product Sales and Information
Center can be reached by calling (800)426-9400.

HTH.
