I need help with this

I created a service that should execute every 2 hours but it doesn't. It
works once at startup but after that it does nothing. Now if I set it to run
every 5 sec it works fine. Here is my code at startup

Dim TimerDelegate As New Threading.TimerCallback(AddressOf ExecuteTask)

Dim TimerItem As New System.Threading.Timer(TimerDelegate, 1, _
10000, 3600000)
If I change the above to

Dim TimerDelegate As New Threading.TimerCallback(AddressOf ExecuteTask)

Dim TimerItem As New System.Threading.Timer(TimerDelegate, 1, _
5000, 5000)

It works fine every 5 secs. What do you think may be the problem?
