How can I obtain the invocation list for Button.Click ?

I have a run-time design application where the user can dynamically assign
receivers to Button.Click event.

Now we need to present the user with a list of receivers that have been
added to the Click event. I have not discovered how to do this for this
..NET component. Is this not possible?
