Set Up Kit Insatllation problem

I'm doing my first set up Kit for a C# app and having problems.

It does not seem able to create the Main Application folder

The default application is set to [Manufacturer]\[ProductName]

but when i run the set up kit it says it can not access that location. Do I
need to add something to this setting ?

Any help appreciated.
